Phoenix Public Library Reduces Hours!

Budget cuts due to the slowdown in the national and local economies have created the necessity of reducing library hours at 15 locations as follows:

11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Eight libraries – Burton Barr Central, Cesar Chavez, Cholla, Ironwood, Juniper, Mesquite, Palo Verde and Saguaro – are open from 1-5 p.m. on Sundays.
