It’s that time of year! School will be back in session before we know it!!! WHERE did our summer go?
For those of you living in Mesa, or the southeast Valley of Phoenix, free back-to-school immunizations are being offered on Saturday, August 2! Where? and When?
9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Chandler High School, 350 North Arizona Avenue Avenue, Chand
ler, Arizona
9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Mesa Immunization Clinic, 423 North Country Club Drive, Mesa, Arizona
Immunization records are required.

Sellers, when you decide to list your home, here are two suggestions - yes, only two:
1. List it at a price that fits the market - not for what you “want” or “need” out of it. Buyers don’t care, and neither do appraisers. It’s all about what other home - like your home - in your area - or within a mile - have SOLD for - not what they are listed for!
2. Plan on waiting for AT LEAST SIX MONTHS! If you sell it before then, that’s wonderful! But don’t expect to sell it at all - UNLESS it is priced effectively!
Just some words to think about.

Tips for Buyers!! New Policies Announced by Fannie Mae - Effective August 1, 2008

These new policies include: if you own another home and are planning to rent it out and are considering purchasing another one, the time to purchase might be now. Buyers purchasing as of August 1, 2008 will need to qualify for both mortgages or have 30% equity in their primary home. Just thought you’d like to know!
