Several builders have either filed a bankruptcy or walked away from completing their planned communities or finishing homes. This information is generally available on the Department of Real Estate website, and is frequently published in the paper.
Please be especially vigilant when just popping into a new subdivision and signing away. Be prepared to work with a real estate professional who can better counsel and advise you on your choices. They should be aware of the goings on in the Real Estate community.

Perhaps you’ve missed Arlington!! There isn’t much there, but alphalpha fields, horses, cows, and water. Located just 14 miles south and west of Buckeye, this will surely be a place to “get away,” at least for now. If you’re looking for lots of vacant land, irrigated, with grandfathered water rights, give me a call. There’s not much written about Arlington, but if you have ever been there, you would remember this quiet, rural area. Mountain views, plenty of water, and a place to invest in - now. Call me at: 480.216-3334….or call Bing at: 602.370-1382. He has more than one parcel available for sale at an unbelievable price. Take the 10, go south on Old Highway 80, and soon you will be in Arlington. Let me know what you think!

Be sure to check out this home located in west Phoenix adjacent to the White Tank Mountains. It is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath home located on almost two acres. http://www.postlets.com/res/590069
This is just one of many available in our county. If you are looking for a horse property that is irrigated, and you are looking for lots of land, give me a call! 480.216-3334.
