Negativity from the News Media about our Phoenix Valley Real Estate Market!

Wouldn’t it be fun if the news media would focus on how many homes “are not” in foreclosure? Instead, it focuses on all of the doom and gloom. Granted, there “are” problems, and there are more than usual; however, there are many more that are doing just fine.
