Retirement Homes and 55+ Properties - new and resale - Mesa, Arizona

I personally am aware of many properties, affordably priced, available to purchase in the east valley. Many of the second homes and retirement homes are available in the East Mesa area. Keep in mind, that many of the communities do not allow large dogs. Pets that are smaller than say, 30 pounds, and are house pets typically are accepted. Give me a call at: 480.216-3334 for more information and so I can help you find that home that will suit your needs.

Horse and Irrigated Properties in Maricopa County!

If you, or anyone you know, is looking for a property with acreage, with irrigation and with corrals for horses and/or cattle, give me a call. They are located throughout our Phoenix Valley at affordable prices. Don’t wait too long, since the values are here now. From the West to the East, they are competitively priced - and, many times, the seller is willing to negotiate.

Call: Teri @ 480.216-3334.

Maricopa County - Fastest Growing County in the United States; Pinal Third Fastest

Just heard on the news that our population grew in excess of 100,000 in 2006-2007, and we now have around 3.5 million people. As a Realtor, this does not surprise me in the lease. Why wouldn’t anyone want to live in Arizona? Just this week I’ve spoken and met with people from Michigan and Connecticut and Canada. They want to have a place to live during the winter months. It’s funny. I tell them how cold our winter has been and they just chuckle. I’ve included an excerpt from the Arizona Republic which will come out tomorrow:

“The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that Maricopa County had a net gain of about 102,000 people from July 1, 2006, to July 1, 2007, for the biggest numeric gain of any county in the country. Pinal County gained an estimated 30,930 residents during that period and was the nation’s third-fastest growing county with an increase of 11.5 percent. Seventy of the 100 fastest-growing counties from 2006-07 were in the South, with 22 in the West and eight in the Midwest. The Census Bureau also estimates Maricopa County had the largest number of new residents from 2000 to 2007, adding 808,000 people. Pinal County was the fourth fastest growing county in the country during the time, growing 66.5 percent from 179,715 residents to 299,246. ”

Give me a call…….I’ll show you some great communities and homes!

Waddell Horse Property with irrigated lots and acreage

If  you’ve never ventured to the “far west” side of Phoenix - to Waddell - and to Romola of Arizona or Clearwater Farms area…….then take a drive to this area if you are looking for irrigated acreage. Many of the properties have horse stalls and plenty of room for those calves you want to take care of so they can grow nice and big. Bing Davis, the Realtor of Choice on the west side of Phoenix, is definitely the one to call for more information on this area. His number: 602.370-1383. You can email him at: Bing@HomesAzRE.com for more information. Incidentally, he has several available listings of his own, but will show you whatever you need!!! Give him a call. He is an excellent Realtor!!

Homes Arizona will cover the entire Phoenix Valley

Brother and sister will  tackle the entire Phoenix Valley. Currently we live about 50 minutes apart - Bing on the west and I on the east. Everything in between will within easy reach to one or both of us. Bing will specialize on the west side of Central Avenue, and I will focus on the east side of Central. Whether you are thinking of selling OR purchasing a new home, acreage, horse property, or a single family home, we are here to help you. Just give me a call at: 480.216-3334.

Homes Arizona - a new brokerage opens!!

At long last, I have opened my own brokerage. I’ve named it: Homes Arizona Real Estate. Signs have been ordered, business cards arriving tomorrow, and everything is going well. Lots to do, but our customer will be well represented. Our motto: “Exceptional Client Service - Always!!”  Watch for my new signs on my red caddy.

Negativity from the News Media about our Phoenix Valley Real Estate Market!

Wouldn’t it be fun if the news media would focus on how many homes “are not” in foreclosure? Instead, it focuses on all of the doom and gloom. Granted, there “are” problems, and there are more than usual; however, there are many more that are doing just fine.

Maricopa County and Pinal County - Declining Market!

What does a declining market mean to the buyer? If the home you make an offer on is appraised at $100,000, the lender will only loan up to 95% of the value. So, that additional 5% needs to be made up - somehow - by the buyer or the seller. That’s what Realtors are for, so we can help you understand what’s going on.

Fair warning! If you plan to purchase a home in the near future - do not - buy a new car - unless, of course, you can afford to pay cash!
